We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here's how we handle returns and refunds.
✅ We cover:

Items that arrive damaged — full or partial refund depending on severity
Wrong item received — full refund or replacement
Missing items from your order — full or partial refund
Non-delivery — if your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of shipping, contact us and we'll open a dispute on your behalf

📸 How to request a refund:

Email us at gsmstoreusa@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the issue. Without photo evidence we are unable to process the claim.
❌ We do not cover:

Change of mind or buyer's remorse
Items confirmed as delivered by tracking (if you didn't receive it, a post office non-delivery certificate is required)
Damage to packaging only (box damage with product intact)
Orders cancelled after processing has begun

📦 Return shipping:

Due to the nature of international shipping, we do not accept physical returns. All issues are resolved via refund or replacement — no need to ship anything back.
⏱️ Refund processing time:

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
